Overview
The US Oncology Network is looking for a Remote Healthcare Senior Change Management Specialist to join our team at Texas Oncology. This position will be primarly located in Dallas, Texas, but will support all of Texas Oncology. Some travel may be necessary, up to 20% for training and team meetings. This role is part of Texas Oncology's growing Transformation Office, which partners across the organization to deliver high impact initiatives and build strong, repeatable change management capabilities. As transformation efforts continue to scale, the Senior Change Management Specialist plays a critical role in shaping how change is planned, delivered, and sustained at Texas Oncology. This individual will lead endtoend change management efforts across multiple concurrent initiatives, working closely with clinical, operational, and technology leaders to ensure readiness, alignment, and adoption. The role requires a strong consulting mindset, comfort operating in a complex, matrixed environment, and the ability to influence leaders without direct authority. What does this position do? Under general supervision, the Senior Change Management Specialist helps improve patient, provider, and staff experience through a variety of technology initiatives. The role is responsible for designing and executing change management strategies to drive adoption of transformation change initiatives. The role also leads complex change management initiatives in accordance with Texas Oncology and external best practices while working collaboratively with the team.
