Overview
Supply Chain Lead will coordinate aspects of the Supply Chain Storeroom department and help ensure daily tasks such as receiving, supply cart replenishment, order fulfillment and deliveries are completed correctly and timely. The Supply Chain Lead will be a resource for staff and serve as the primary point of contact for the Supply Chain Storeroom department when leadership is not present. Qualifications Certifications: , Education: , Work Experience: Supply chain at Carle Responsibilities Ensures that all supply carts are replenished in specified timeframes. Ensures that order fulfillment, deliveries and receiving tasks are done accurately and timely. Provides good customer service by ensuring incoming phone calls are answered promptly and professionally. Monitors and plans around employee breaks to maintain coverage. Reassigns daily tasks due to unscheduled absences in a fair and consistent manner. Performs the role of Supply Chain Associate to assist with timely completion of tasks. Assists with onboarding and ongoing training of employees. Coaches employees on errors and provides retraining as needed. Relays information and escalates issues to leadership as needed. Compensation and Benefits The compensation range for this position is $19.31per hour - $31.28per hour. This represents a good faith minimum and maximum range for the role at the time of posting by Carle Health. The actual compensation offered a candidate will be dependent on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, the candidate's experience, qualifications, location, training, licenses, shifts worked and compensation model.
