Description Survey Technician - Fort Worth, TX! Halff has an immediate opening for a Survey Technician with 1+ years of experience as a Survey Technician to work in our Fort Worth, TX office. What you will do: Organizing survey research for field to include deeds, plats, and easements. Reducing field observations. Preparing data for drafting. Preparing legal descriptions. Assisting the RPLS by preparing Survey Reports. Preparing COGO calculations. Assisting the RPLS with the Boundary Analysis. What you will need: 1-3 years of experience as a Survey Technician. Experience in producing survey maps and plats. Experience in preparing legal descriptions. AutoCAD Civil 3D experience. Survey Technician Preferred Requirements: SIT or CST I, II, or III certification is desired, but not required. Previous field experience as a surveyor is a plus. TxDOT, Electrical or Land Development survey technician experience is a plus. Experience with MicroStation Open Roads Design is a plus. Experience with Trimble Business Center. High level of education is a plus (Associate's degree in Land Survey or Bachelor's degree in Land Survey and/or Geospatial Sciences).
