We are in search of a Salesforce Administrator I, II or III to join our Application Services team in Spokane, Washington (Headquarters). This full-time position reports to the Director, Systems Administration and optimizes configuration, governance, and use of Salesforce and related and/or integrated applications to support effective customer and employee interaction and engagement across the enterprise. This position works with project teams, architects, technical development teams, third-party service providers, business leaders, and end users to address business challenges and drive adoption of Salesforce and related applications.

After an initial in-office training period, this position is eligible for workplace flexibility and a one-time home office stipend. Employees are expected to continue working from their office location a minimum of 50% of the time.

Compensation Information

The base salary range for this position in Spokane, Washington is:

Level I:
Typical starting range: $60,000 - $80,300
Full base salary range: $60,000 - $99,900
Annual performance-based incentive target is 8 or 10% of base depending on experience.

Level II:
Typical starting range: $72,600 - $99,900
Full base salary range: $72,600 - $113,600
Annual performance-based incentive target is 10% of base.

Level III:
Typical starting range: $80,000 - $110,100
Full base salary range: $80,000 - $142,00
Annual performance-based incentive target is 12 or 15% of base depending on experience.

Job Requirements



  • Support design, configuration, integration and other operational activities ensuring effective and consistent use of Salesforce platform.
  • Map Salesforce and related applications capabilities and features to business goals to drive continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with project teams and service providers on Salesforce, related applications and system integration best practices.
  • Assist in leading and driving adoption of Salesforce across the company.
  • Contribute to the operating model for Salesforce and related applications including both production support and continuous delivery.
  • Communicate system changes, assist with creation of training materials, and identify use cases in support of employee adoption.
  • Perform routine system administration tasks across all Salesforce and related applications components including maintenance of user roles, security settings, profiles and overall user entitlement access.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation on all solutions.
  • Provide technical subject matter expertise of Salesforce and related applications including leveraging emerging features. Maintain effective UI, leveraging Salesforce Lightning Components, and key integrations, leveraging APIs and Mulesoft.
  • Take an active role in cross-departmental projects as needed.
  • Develop and maintain a strong working knowledge of AgWest business practices, products and key systems.
  • Translate business, functional and technical requirements into well architected solutions that best leverage the Salesforce platform.
  • Oversee, participate in, and perform cost/benefit analysis for technical solutions design and build that consistently identify upstream and downstream impacts.
  • Exhibit leadership capabilities through the mentorship of less experienced and/or skilled team members.
  • independently manage the prioritization of tasks, queues, and project work to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion.
  • Perform all duties and maintain all standards in accordance with company policies, procedures, and internal controls.
  • Other duties as assigned.


Minimum Requirements



  • Salesforce Certified Administrator
  • Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator
  • Generally, requires three to five years' experience administering Salesforce
  • Bachelor's degree in information systems, computer science, business or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Ability to think critically and to translate business opportunities into customer-centric solutions


Preferred Requirements



  • Experience in user adoption strategies and driving adoption of Salesforce and related applications
  • Experience with APIs, Mulesoft and/or other Salesforce integrations
  • Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder
  • Experience with Salesforce Shield
  • Experience with nCino Bank Operating System
  • Relevant hands-on Salesforce configuration experience in multiple enterprise environments
