Web & Systems Developer- Fort Sill, OK Clearance: Secret (Interim Secret acceptable to start) Citizenship: U.S. Citizen Required Ellumen is seeking a Web Systems Developer to support the U.S. Army Fires Center of Excellence (USAFCoE) G-6 Directorate at Fort Sill, Oklahoma. This role supports the Army's training mission by developing, maintaining, and enhancing enterprise websites, web applications, and digital collaboration platforms used across the USAFCoE environment. The Web Systems Developer will design and maintain web solutions, support SharePoint and Microsoft Power Platform applications, develop dashboards and workflows, and ensure all digital platforms comply with DoD cybersecurity and accessibility standards. The position works closely with government stakeholders to modernize digital services and support enterprise knowledge management initiatives. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain websites and web-based applications. Support SharePoint development including page creation, permissions, and workflows. Develop dashboards and automation using Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate. Create and manage web content including multimedia, feeds, and API integrations. Conduct website audits to ensure compliance with DoD policies and Section 508 accessibility standards. Support integration with other DoD websites and enterprise systems. Maintain development repositories and pipelines using Git and Azure DevOps. Evaluate emerging technologies including AI and automation tools to enhance digital services. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field OR 5+ years of relevant experience. Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance. Experience with HTML, HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, JSON, SQL, and web development frameworks. Experience supporting SharePoint and Microsoft Power Platform solutions. Familiarity with Git, GitHub, and Azure DevOps. Experience using Adobe Creative Suite for web graphics. Strong communication and documentation skills. Desired Qualifications Experience supporting Army, DoD, or Federal Government environments. Experience working within classified or controlled networks. Experience supporting knowledge management or digital transformation initiatives. Experience developing automation, dashboards, and collaboration tools using SharePoint or Power Platform.
