Job Summary: The Assurance Professional Practice Director - Transformation & Continuous Improvement supports the execution of transformation, enablement, and continuous improvement initiatives across the Assurance practice. This role works closely with Assurance leadership, Professional Practice, and crossfunctional stakeholders to implement initiatives that enhance audit quality, consistency, efficiency, and practitioner experience. The Director supports the translation of strategic priorities into scalable programs, frameworks, and guidance that can be effectively adopted across the practice. Job Duties: * Supports Assurance transformation initiatives related to audit modernization, standardization, and operating model improvements * Partners with Assurance and Professional Practice leadership to implement approved transformation and continuous improvement priorities * Supports deployment and adoption of Assurance tools, templates, methodologies, and resources across engagement teams * Develops implementation guidance, playbooks, and supporting materials to promote consistent execution * Assists in the design and leads facilitation of process reviews, working sessions, and continuous improvement workshops * Supports change management activities, including stakeholder coordination, communications planning, and adoption support * Acts as a liaison between transformation initiatives and practice professionals to ensure solutions are practical and aligned with audit execution * Coordinates with national and global stakeholders to support initiative alignment and execution * Tracks progress against milestones and supports reporting related to initiative outcomes * Contributes to internal presentations, materials, and communications for leadership and governance forums * Performs other duties as required Supervisory Responsibilities: * Provides coaching and development support to associates, senior associates, and managers as assigned * Supports onthejob learning through guidance, feedback, and collaboration Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Education: * Bachelor's degree in Accounting, required * Master of Business Administration or Master's in Accounting degree, preferred Experience: * Ten (10) or more years of experience in public accounting or professional services, required * Experience supporting transformation, change management, or continuous improvement initiatives, preferred License(s)/Certification(s): * CPA, preferred Software: * Ability to use various assurance applications and research tools, required * Microsoft Office Products, including Windows, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, required * PowerBI, preferred Language(s): * N/A Other Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: * Experience with leading teams through change * Understanding of audit or assurance operations and practitioner workflows * Experience supporting teams through change and process improvement initiatives * Strong communication, organizational, and stakeholder coordination skills * Ability to manage multiple initiatives and priorities in a dynamic environment * Outstanding communication, organizational (including multitasking and time-management), client-facing and teaming skills * Ability to make decisions and deal with pressures of the clients and the practice Individual salaries that are offered to a candidate are determined after consideration of numerous factors including but not limited to the candidate's qualifications, experience, skills, and geography. National Range: $200,000 - $230,000 Maryland Range: $200,000 - $230,000 NYC/Long Island/Westchester Range: $200,000 - $230,000
