Summary: In this role, you will define and lead the enterprise commercial learning and development strategy that enables sales, account management, and other client-facing teams to drive growth and deepen client value. You will partner with Commercial Leadership, Marketing, business subject matter experts, and HR Business Partners to identify capability gaps, translate strategy into scalable learning solutions, and build a high-performance commercial organization. You will oversee onboarding, sales enablement, commercial leadership development, and continuous skill-building programs, leveraging data and outcomes-based metrics to ensure learning investments deliver measurable business impact. #LI-JS1 Estimated Hiring Range: At Vizient, we consider skills, experience, and organizational needs in our compensation approach. Geographic factors may adjust the range estimate and hires typically fall below the top range. Compensation decisions are tailored to individual circumstances. The current salary range for this role is $156,500.00 to $290,100.00.This position is also incentive eligible. Vizient has a comprehensive benefits plan!
