From delivering safe drinking water and treating wastewater responsibly to developing sustainable water supplies and protecting lives and property through flood control, your work will directly support public health, environmental sustainability, and infrastructure resilience. We bring together experts across disciplines to solve complex challenges with bold thinking and technical excellence. In the role of Senior Training Coordinator, we'll count on you to:
  • Coordinate, schedule, and manage client-facing training initiatives, logistics, materials, and communication.
  • Apply adult learning methodologies to design and deliver effective training solutions.
  • Utilize ISD frameworks to analyze needs, develop objectives, and create high-impact learning materials.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure accuracy and quality of all training deliverables.
  • Strategically prioritize and organize workload across multiple concurrent projects.
  • Monitor and report on training projects to track deliverables, strategizes, and evaluation outcomes.
  • Develop and maintain training resources, guides, and e-learning components.
  • Up to 50% of domestic travel will be required

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Applicants must be able to travel domestically up to 50% of the time.
Required Qualifications
  • Associate degree in a closely related field or combination of education and relevant experience
  • A minimum of 3 years related experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • An attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture is a must
