Job DescriptionVisa is seeking a senior strategic finance director to join the North America (NA) ValueAdded Services (VAS) Finance team. As a Director within NA VAS Finance, this role will partner closely with senior NA VAS executive leadership, sales, product, and operations to shape our financial strategy. This role's responsibilities include management of our financial planning and analysis (FP&A) rhythms, developing a value-in-kind (VIK) financial strategy, and delivering thoughtful financial insights. This position requires a candidate who excels at influencing stakeholders and can operate across a highly matrixed environment. Moreover, this role involves strategic planning, assessment, and oversight of VIK and non-cash contributions transactions to ensure they align with the company's financial goals. The ideal candidate brings deep experience in strategic finance, investment analysis, and business partnering, with a proven ability to translate complex financial and operational data into clear, actionable recommendations for senior leadership. Work Hours: Varies upon the needs of the department. Travel Requirements: This position requires travel5-10% of the time.
