Pay Rate: $28.00 - $30.00 per hour

Shift: 7 am - 3:30 pm + OT

The Must-Haves Before You Clock In

• High school diploma or GED required; machining certification a plus.
• 2+ years of experience with manual machines, CNC mills, lathes, or similar equipment (Haas, Mazak, Okuma a plus).
• Knows the math, the tools, and the tolerances that make good parts great.
• Dependable, safe, and ready to hustle.
• Proficiency in reading Blueprints
• Comfortable lifting materials and working on your feet.

The Day to Day

• Produce parts using Manual Machining centers
• Execute sketches or verbal instructions with precision
• Produce prototype, short-run, or first article products
• Program the machine as required
• Design appropriate tooling and fixturing
• Inspect and verify produced parts
• De-burr parts and submit them as completed when necessary
