Role:

• TheProcess Excellence, Audit, and Controls Analystisa detail-oriented individual who willbe responsible forconducting internal audits to assess the effectiveness of internal controls,identifyareas of improvement, and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.The Analyst willpossessstrong analytical skills, a solid understanding of auditing principles, andcancommunicate audit findings clearly and effectively.

• TheProcess Excellence, Audit, and Controls Analystwill play a crucial role in the organization'sInternal Control over Financial Reporting(ICFR)activitiesby assessing,monitoring, and enhancing internal controls and processes.The Analyst willparticipatein business process walkthroughs to understand andidentifykey controls, keep abreastoncontrol-impacting business changes, effectively and efficiently test key controls, and monitor action plan remediation activities.

• TheProcess Excellence, Audit, and Controls Analystwill evaluate and improve end-to-end business processes byidentifyinginefficiencies, control gaps, and opportunities for optimization, applying continuous improvement methodologies, and partnering with stakeholders to design scalable, efficient, and well-controlled processes.

Impact:

• Participate in the planning, fieldwork, and reporting phases of internal audits across various departments to evaluate the adequacy of internal controls.

• Develop and executeICFRtestplans to assess the effectiveness of controls over financialreportingincluding thoroughly and clearly documenting the testingworkpapers.

• Effectivelyidentifyroot causes, best practices in control design and operational effectiveness, and communicate results to management.

• Drive measurable improvements in processes by translating process insights into sustainable, value-added enhancements, influencing process design, embedding strong controls, and promoting scalable, efficient ways of working

• Partnerwithmanagement to monitor the progress of recommendations to ensure action plans aretimely and accurately implemented.

• Collaborate with and educate process ownersregardingthe importance ofmaintainingstrong internal controls and the role of internal audit.

• Develop working relationships with Business Process owners to maximize the cohesiveness between the teams.

• Perform other duties asrequired.

• Maximum travel is approximately 15%.

You will thrive in this role if youhave:

• Bachelor's degree in Accountingor related field

• Relevant work experience (1-3years)including control identification,testing, and process improvement

• Strong skills in process mapping tools (e.g., Visio,Lucidchart)

• Understanding of business processes, financial reporting, and information technology audit and control frameworks

• Proficient in Microsoft Officeapplications

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Excellent analytical andproblem solvingskills

A plus if you have:

• MBA,CIA, CPA,or CISAor a desire to obtain an advanced degree orcertification

• PriorInternal Audit, External Audit,ICFR, orprocess evaluation and designexperience

• Experience with data analytics tools

• Previoustelecom experience

• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or equivalent certification
