M365 Administrator
Overview We are seeking a highly skilled Microsoft 365 Administrator with handson experience supporting mergers and acquisitions (M&A). This role is responsible for the administration, security, and optimization of the Microsoft 365 platform, with a strong emphasis on tenanttotenant integrations, identity consolidation, data migrations, and postmerger operational stabilization. The ideal candidate has operated in complex, enterprise environments, understands the technical and organizational realities of M&A, and can partner closely with Infrastructure, Security, Legal, HR, and business stakeholders to deliver seamless integrations. Responsibilities Microsoft 365 Platform Administration
Administer and support Microsoft 365 services including
Entra ID (Azure AD), Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams, Power Platform, and M365 security/compliance features
Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) Integration
Collaboration & Operational Excellence
