Production Supervisor

THE ROLE

Entegris is currently seeking aSupervisor, Productionto join ourSolidsteam. This position will be based inourBurnet, TX.facility.

In this role, youlead a high-tech manufacturing team in a fast-paced, safety-driven environment. This role is essential toensuresafe operations, consistent product quality, and reliable on-time delivery. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, a proactive problem-solver, and a leader who thrives on developing people and improving processes.The Production Supervisoris responsible forthe daily leadership of technicians, ensuring a safework environment, meeting production schedules, andmaintainingthe highest qualitystandards. This position plays a key role in driving operational excellence, supportingcontinuous improvement, and fostering a culture of accountability and teamwork.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Provideday-to-day guidance, coaching, and training to technicians to ensure effectiveperformance.

• Delegate work assignments,monitorprogress, and ensure adherence to company policies and SOPs.

• Conduct critical-to-quality audits and ensure all work meets established standards.

• Recognizestrong performanceand address issues withappropriate documentationand follow-up

• Promote a safe work environment by enforcing safety protocols, PPE use, and housekeeping standards.

• Collaborate with manufacturing to ensure equipment can be reliable and meet quality and cost targets.

• Identifyand report potential hazards; coach employees on safe behaviors.

• Maintainaccuratedocumentation and electronic transactions to meet ISO and internal requirements.

• Support internal, customer, and ISO audits in partnership with Quality and Management.

• Ensure production schedules are met while minimizing downtime and unnecessary costs.

• Collaborate with schedulers and planners to manage workflow and resolve interruptions.

• Troubleshoot non-routine issues and ensure technicians have the tools and equipment needed

• Implement quality improvements using structured problem-solving methods such as 8D.

• Lead and maintain 6S activities within the work area.

• Work with Engineering to update standards, PMs, and spare parts requirements.

• Propose and implement process improvements to enhance safety, quality, and efficiency.

• Perform lab maintenance tasks including PMs, supply ordering, housekeeping, and waste disposal.

• Conduct quality testing and inspections on finished products

• This activity includes design for enhancements to existing equipment manufacturability and new product equipment

WHAT WE SEEK

• High school diplomarequired;Bachelor'sdegree preferred

• Minimum5years of supervisory experience in a high-tech manufacturingenvironment (semiconductor, chemical, pharmaceutical, aerospace, automotive, etc.).

• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and communicate effectively in a fast-paced setting

• Strong senseof urgency and sound decision-making skills.

• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities with consistent follow-through.

• Proficiencywith Microsoft Office; SAP experience is a plus

• Strong visual inspection skills and attention to detail.

• Knowledge of ISO 9001 and ISO 45000 standards.

• Ability toliftto 50lbsand push up to 70lbs

• Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities; able to manage multiple tasks

• Technical problem-solving skills; experience with electrical or PLC systems is a plus.
