Position Title: Envelope Machine Adjuster
Wage: $20.00-$23.00/hour DOE Shift: 1st and 2nd Hours: 1st: 7am - 3pm, 2nd: 3pm - 11pm We are currently looking for an Envelope Machine Adjuster to join our production team. In this role, you will set up and adjust envelope folding machines to ensure safe and efficient production. The Machine Adjuster will help keep machines running smoothly, troubleshoot issues, and maintain quality standards. Apply now! Envelope Machine Adjuster Responsibilities: - Set up and adjust envelope folding machines for production orders - Make size changes and machine adjustments as needed - Monitor machines to ensure quality, speed, and proper operation - Troubleshoot machine issues and make mechanical adjustments - Assist and train machine operators when needed - Perform basic machine maintenance and assist with repairs - Ensure change parts are cleaned and returned after each order - Communicate machine issues or important updates to supervisors and maintenance - Keep work area clean and follow safety procedures - Support continuous improvement efforts Requirements for Envelope Machine Adjuster: - High school diploma or GED - Previous manufacturing experience required - Experience with envelope converting equipment (FL Smithe or W+D) preferred - Printing experience is highly preferred - Basic math skills and ability to read a ruler - Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills - Basic computer skills - Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move throughout the shift - Ability to reach, climb, and operate machinery - Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally and 25 lbs frequently QPS Employment Group is a full-service staffing firm comprised of dedicated and passionate people with over 50 offices throughout the United States.
