What You'll Do The Controller is a hands-on finance leader responsible for overseeing the Accounting operations of a ~$25M government services firm. This role ensures accurate financial reporting, strong internal controls, and FAR- and DCAA-compliant accounting practices. This role will partner with Senior Leadership including the CEO. The Controller will own day-to-day accounting operations, including close management and timing, reconciliations, accruals. The Controller has a Financial Analyst who will report to them and helps with journal entries, AR/AP, and more. The controller is responsible for reviewing the Financial Analysts work for completeness and accuracy. This role has the opportunity for the Controller to be involved with with budgeting, financial modeling, and forecasting. This role requires deep experience in government contract accounting.
