Position Overview
Director of Executive Recruiting to lead all executive-level hiring across the organization while managing a small internal recruiting team. This individual will run searches for senior leadership roles, build external networks to source executive talent, and serve as a visible representative of the company's brand in the market.
The role requires someone who can both manage and personally execute executive searches in a fast-paced startup environment. The Director will report directly to the Chief People Officer and oversee internal recruiters and external search vendors.

Key Responsibilities
Executive Search Leadership



  • Lead all executive-level recruiting efforts across the organization.
  • Manage active searches for senior leadership roles. Currently 5 executive openings active.
  • Build and maintain external networks to identify executive talent outside of internal referral pipelines.
  • Represent the CINQCARE brand to executive candidates and external partners.


Recruiting Operations



  • Manage a team of approximately 3 internal recruiters.
  • Oversee and coordinate work with external executive search vendors.
  • Run full-cycle executive searches including sourcing, candidate engagement, interview coordination, and offer management.


Team Leadership



  • Provide direction and oversight to the recruiting team.
  • Ensure executive hiring processes move efficiently despite evolving startup conditions.
  • Help establish structure and consistency across recruiting workflows.


Systems and Process Management



  • Operate across multiple HR and recruiting systems including:

    • Dayforce
    • JobScore
    • PerformYard


  • Manage recruiting workflows within existing systems while identifying opportunities for efficiency.
  • Utilize technology and AI tools to improve recruiting processes.


Ideal Candidate Profile



  • Experience running executive-level searches in startup, high-growth, or private equity-backed environments.
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-moving, evolving organization with limited structure.
  • Strong networking ability and executive presence to engage senior leadership candidates.
  • Able to manage both strategy and hands-on recruiting execution.
  • Familiar with recruiting technologies and comfortable using AI tools to improve efficiency.
  • Open to candidates earlier in their leadership career if they demonstrate strong executive recruiting capability.
