Lead mainframe development and support for large-scale online and batch applications with 24/7 production responsibility.

Requirements:
10+ years mainframe development experience
Strong COBOL, JCL, CICS, DB2, VSAM, TSO/ISPF, CA-7
REST APIs, JSON, SQL proficiency
Experience with Endeavor, GitHub, IBM Debug/File Manager a plus
Strong troubleshooting, incident management, and audit compliance skills
Bachelor's degree in related field
