    Scheduled Hours/days: 4 days/week (.80 FTE)

    Qualifications: Candidates must hold a Master's Degree in Speech and Language Pathology and possess a valid license from the MN Professional Educator Licensing and Standards Board. Applicants need a strong working knowledge of special education laws , excellent oral and written communication skills , and basic computer literacy. Additionally, the role requires the ability to travel between district school sites.

    Pay Rate/Range: 2026-2027 NEA Agreement BA-$57,681 - MA40-$95,320. Base pay DOQ

    Responsibilities:
    The primary responsibility of this role is providing direct and indirect speech and language services as specified in student IEPs. As an IEP Manager, you will develop and implement goals, plan activities to promote skill development, and assess students referred for special education evaluations. This position requires extensive collaboration, including consulting with parents and school staff to resolve communication concerns and coordinating service delivery with classroom teachers to ensure consistency. Additionally, you will function as a member of the building-level Student Support Team, maintain accurate contact records, and stay current with educational technologies and district trends.
