Position Overview

dormakaba is seeking a Product Marketing Manager (Remote) for our Access Control and Identify Management team. This individual will lead product positioning and Go-To-Market strategy for this new product offering for the Americas' market focusing on solutions for data centers and critical infrastructure. The Product Marketing Manager will partner with product managers, segment marketing, and sales to work cross functionally to develop compelling messaging, launch new offerings, and drive brand growth to existing and new customers.

HIRING SALARY RANGE: Base Salary $100,000 - $120,000 (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.) Plus, an Annual Bonus. Please visit our career site for more information on benefits.

What you will do
  • Create business plans that identify segment growth potential to build a competitive advantage
  • Build strategies that drive emerging product growth and drive business in new markets leveraging our existing and emerging strategic partnerships.
  • Manage the development of Go-To-Market strategies for new product launches, including market research, competitive analysis, and customer insights
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, engineers, and product teams to develop product positioning to develop marketing campaigns to sell the product
  • Engage with customers and business development to build a pipeline for growing this business in the Americas
What we require
  • 3+ years' experience in product marketing or product management
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field or equivalent
  • Travel - up to 50% (at times)
