The Enterprise Risk Services (ERS) Advisory team is an internal consulting group that takes a risk-based approach to improving processes, managing projects, and addressing risks at the enterprise level. As an ERS Advisory Senior Consultant, you will support Consultants and Management in executing a diverse portfolio of projects that benefit various business areas across the company.

This role provides excellent exposure to the DaVita executive-level team, as the ERS Advisory team reports directly to the Board of Directors.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The following duties and responsibilities reflect the expectations of this position but are not all-inclusive.

Collaborate with team members and contribute to individual workstreams to:

• Develop a project approach and timeline aligned with business needs.

• Facilitate cross-functional stakeholder interviews to identify and document processes, pain points, and requirements.

• Transform detailed findings into high-level cohesive overviews, recommendations, and actionable next steps.

• Present findings to business partners, stakeholders, and leadership.

• Project manage various initiatives across the company.

Qualifications:

• 1+ years of professional experience in management consulting, process improvement, organizational effectiveness, or a corporate strategy execution role

• Undergraduate degree

• Certification, or interest in obtaining upon hire, in project management and/or process improvement

• Strong experience with MS Office products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Access, Visio)

This is a hybrid role and teammates are expected to be in the downtown Denver office two days/week.
