Summary of the Job:

Lead the marketing strategy for FNBO's premier Wealth & Institutional Services division-a sophisticated portfolio encompassing multiple business lines. This is a high-impact leadership role where you'll serve as a strategic member of the Wealth & Institutional Services leadership team, shaping how FNBO positions itself in the competitive wealth management landscape. You'll lead a segment marketing team, collaborate with centralized marketing resources, drive marketing investments, create integrated strategies that elevate brand presence, accelerate client acquisition, and deepen relationships across our most sophisticated service lines.

How You'll Drive Results

Strategic Planning & Execution

  • Develop comprehensive marketing strategieswith 3-year planning horizons that align with business objectives, regulatory requirements, and market opportunities across all Wealth & Institutional Services business lines
  • Lead strategic planning processesincluding budget development, resource allocation, channel strategy, and ROI measurement while ensuring compliance with financial services regulations
  • Create integrated go-to-market strategiesthat position FNBO's wealth services competitively, articulating clear value propositions for distinct client segments
  • Drive data-informed decision-makingthrough market research, competitive intelligence, customer insights, and performance analytics to identify growth opportunities and optimize marketing investments
  • Clearly connect marketing activities to business outcomes, enabling evidence-based strategy refinement and resource optimization

Marketing Program Leadership

  • Oversee multi-channel marketing campaignsspanning digital advertising, content marketing, events, sponsorships, public relations, and relationship marketing that engage high-net-worth prospects and institutional decision-makers
  • Partner strategically with Bank Marketing Centers of Excellence(Communications, Content & Social, Media Buying, Sponsorships, Events, Creative Development) to ensure brand consistency, creative excellence, budget allocation, and efficient execution across all touchpoints
  • Develop and help execute marketing strategies focused on thought leadership and content strategythat establishes FNBO wealth professionals as trusted advisors through compelling insights, educational content, and strategic storytelling
  • Develop sophisticated lead generation programsworking closely with business development and sales teams to create qualified pipeline and accelerate prospect-to-client conversion

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Influence

  • Serve as strategic marketing partnerto Wealth & Institutional Services leadership team, translating business goals into marketing strategies and marketing results into business impact
  • Collaborate effectively with business development, sales, operations, and complianceto develop integrated initiatives that balance growth ambitions with regulatory requirements and operational realities
  • Build trusted relationships with wealth advisors and institutional relationship managers, understanding their client engagement needs and creating marketing tools that support their success

Team Leadership & Development

  • Build and lead a small high-performing marketing teamwith diverse skills, complementary strengths, and shared commitment to excellence in wealth marketing

The Ideal Candidate for This Role:

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
  • 7+ years of progressive marketing leadership experience
  • 5+ years of team management experience with demonstrated leadership capabilities
  • Demonstrated experience in developing, implementing and managing segmentation marketing strategies
  • Strategic thinking and marketing planning capabilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Data-driven decision-making approach
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong relationship-building and cross-functional collaboration skills

Preferred:

  • Financial services industry experience, preferably in wealth management or private banking

Leadership Competencies:

  • Proven ability to develop team members through coaching, mentoring, and stretch assignments
  • Experience building diverse, high-performing teams with shared purpose and collaborative focus
  • Demonstrated skill in optimizing staffing and financial resources for maximum efficiency
  • Track record of effective delegation while empowering team independence
  • Ability to create energy and drive team performance toward goals
Total Base Pay Range
  • 124,231.00 - 211,194.00 USD Annual
    Candidates must possess unrestricted work authorization and not require future sponsorship.

    Compensation:

    Compensation range (base pay): $124,231.00-$211,194.00

    This role may have a specific starting pay within this range.

    Final compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon work experience, education, and/or skill level.
