  • Define and implement a realistic program plan for Design System and Core UX releases, establishing clear milestones, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure operational efficiency, and ensuring integration with product team schedules and expectations.

  • Establish scalable creative workflows and documentation that improve visibility and feedback cycles across product lines.

  • Build and foster strong relationships with stakeholders to help establish ways of improving the health and trust in our system.

  • Coordinate design team rituals, including critiques and weekly updates, to foster a high-performance culture.

  • Identify and mitigate project blockers by developing clear communication plans for diverse stakeholder groups.

  • Lead prioritization and trade-off discussions between technical debt and new business initiatives to meet schedule objectives.

  • Advocate for new productivity tools and best practices to enhance the overall creativity and productivity of the design team.

What we're looking for:

  • Experience: 5+ years of experience as a Design Program Manager, Design Operations Manager, or UX Program Manager within an in-house design organization.

  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in design and program management tools such as Figma, Jira, and Miro.

  • Systems Thinking: Demonstrated experience building standards, frameworks, or libraries that improved the output of a large product organization.

  • Communication: Exceptional ability to distill complex technical information for senior leadership and non-technical audiences.

  • Core UX Knowledge: A deep understanding of the software product development lifecycle and user-centered design principles.

  • Adaptability and action-oriented: Comfort with navigating through ambiguity and managing multiple interdependent projects with unique resource constraints.

  • Certifications: PMP or similar project management certification is a plus.
