We're looking for a Design Systems Program Manager to join Procore's Design Systems / Core UX team. In this role, you'll lead the operational strategy for our central design foundations. The primary goal of this role is to streamline the development and evolution of the design system to ensure it is closely aligned with the design organization's strategic goals. As a Design Systems Program Manager, you'll partner with Product Design Leads, Engineering, and Product Managers to build systems and workflows that help teams work efficiently and deliver high-quality design. Use your strategic foresight, systems thinking, and project management skills to scale design excellence and reduce coordination tax across the enterprise. This position reports to the Head of Design Systems and will be based in Austin, TX. We're looking for someone to join us immediately. What you'll do:

Base Pay Range: 90,400.00 - 124,300.00 USD AnnualThis role may also be eligible for Equity Compensation and/or Bonus Incentive Compensation.
