NOTE: NOT CONSIDERING NEW GRAD RN's EXCEPT FOR INTERNAL REGIONS EMPLOYEES Regions Hospital is looking to hire an exceptional, patient focused Registered Nurse to join our Float Pool and make a difference for our patients and our community. Float Pool RNs will work on a variety of inpatient clinical units: Med/Surg RN's will care for patients in orthopedics, rehabilitation, oncology, cardiology, observation, medicine, neurology, surgical, trauma, burn, and postpartum. Progressive RN's will care for progressive patients in cardiac, medicine, burn, trauma, neurology, and surgical.

We are proud of the care we give each and every patient. Work Schedule: 0.70 FTE. Day/Night rotation. 8 hour nights during the week; 12 hour days every 3rd weekend. Required Qualifications: -Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree or Associate Degree in Nursing and 1 year of RN experience -Internal new graduate applicants can meet minimum requirements with an Associate Degree in Nursing -Licensed as a registered nurse by the State of Minnesota -CPR for the professional rescuer or BLS for healthcare providers -Must have exceptional interpersonal skills and strong ability to work with a wide range of patients from varied cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds Preferred Qualifications: -BSN/MSN strongly preferred and generally expected that BSN/MSN is obtained within 5 years of hire -One year of acute care RN experience is preferred Benefits: Regions Hospital offers a competitive benefits package (.5 FTE or greater) that includes medical insurance, dental insurance, 401K with match, disability insurance, fertility coverage and tuition reimbursement.
