CLIENT ASSOCIATION(s): Vascular Access Certification Corporation, VACC POSITION REPORTS TO: Executive Director, VACC DIRECT REPORTS: None EMPLOYEE STATUS: Exempt, Full-time (Minimum of 37.5 hours/week) ROLE TYPE/LEVEL: Mid Level (Non-Supervisory) CLIENT/DEPARTMENT OVERVIEW: The Vascular Access Certification Corporation (VACC) is an independent non-profit organization dedicated to the validation, through certification, of a specialized body of knowledge for all professionals working in the field of vascular access. We offer a multidisciplinary certification exam in vascular access, the Vascular Access-Board Certified (VA-BC) credential. The VA-BC is accredited by the NCCA and is recognized by the ANCC Magnet Recognition Program. JOB OVERVIEW: Manage projects that relate to the VACC administrative activities and the certification process. Responsibilities including but not limited to: assisting candidates seeking certification by exam, maintaining internal accreditation files, organizing conference calls, and meetings. Support the VACC and Executive Director to help fulfill the goals and mission of the organization. POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES (minimum of 37.5 hours/week) General Administration

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS: Computer proficiency, outstanding organizational and communication skills. EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience in related field. Previous administrative experience preferred. TRAVEL REQUIRED: Approximately 7 days per year. WORK ENVIRONMENT: This is a full-time position located in our office in downtown Milwaukee, WI and a minimum of two days onsite in the office (including Wednesday as an all-staff-in-office day) are a requirement of the role.
