Description Position at Hearth & Home Technologies, LLC Position Details Location: Randolph, VT Starting Pay: $20.00 - $27.00 per hour (depending on experience) Additional $1.00 shift premium Shift Details: 3:30 PM - 12:00 AM (Core Hours) Monday - Friday OT as needed Full Time / Direct Hire HHT Benefits Starting Day 1 Health Care: medical, dental, and vision Paid Time Off: 128 hours (prorated from start date) 10 Paid Holidays 401k with 6% company match Access to Earnings On a Daily Basis Additional Benefits Quarterly Profit Sharing - Eligible after 1 year of service Paid Parental Leave - Eligible after 1 year of service Tuition Reimbursement - Eligible after 6 months of service $10,000 Adoption / Surrogacy Reimbursement - Eligible after 1 year of service Machine Technician Duties Include Process and finish quality cast iron parts used in the manufacture of fireplaces, stoves, and hearth products Perform Drilling and grinding techniques along with basic machine operation, set up, and cleaning. Perform quality and safety checks to ensure products meet specifications Follow written and picture-based work instructions Accurately track production counts and work-in-process materials Required Skills & Abilities Basic reading & math skills Ability to follow written & visual work instructions Ability to communicate clearly Attention to detail and focus on safety & quality Preferred Skills Experience with hand tools Ability to safely lift, move and process up to 50lbs, using lift assist where needed or required Work Environment Manufacturing & foundry environment Exposure to heat, heavy materials, and industrial equipment Safety-focused culture requiring adherence to all safety policies & procedures In addition to your salary, this position may be eligible for a range of benefits (e.g., Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance, Health Savings Account, Disability Benefits, Life Insurance, Paid Time Off and Holidays, and Retirement Benefits).
