  • Manage and mentor project construction leadership, including construction managers, superintendents, and field supervisors.
  • Coordinate closely with engineering, procurement, project controls, and construction teams to support integrated project delivery.
  • Develop a deep understanding of customer objectives, contract terms, and corporate policies to guide decision-making and execution strategies.
  • Lead complex problem-solving efforts and develop practical solutions to technical and operational challenges.
  • Oversee workforce planning, contractor performance, and resource allocation to optimize field productivity and project outcomes.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality requirements, and environmental regulations across all construction activities.
  • Communicate effectively with senior leadership, clients, and project stakeholders regarding project progress, risks, and opportunities.
  • Influence and guide strategic decisions that impact project performance and business outcomes.
  • Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of construction systems, processes, and tools across the organization.
