These are the qualifications that matter.

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• 0-2 years of experience (internship experience in a manufacturing setting is a plus).
• Proficiency in 3D CAD modeling (SolidWorks preferred).
• A basic understanding of materials science, particularly ceramics or metals, is highly desirable.
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills for collaborating across different departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Tooling & Fixture Design:Use CAD software (SolidWorks or AutoCAD) to design custom jigs, fixtures, and tooling to improve production efficiency.
• Process Improvement:Assist senior engineers in troubleshooting equipment failures and implementing Lean manufacturing principles on the production floor.
• Documentation:Create and update technical drawings, bills of materials (BOMs), and equipment maintenance manuals.
• Prototyping:Support the R&D team in the mechanical assembly and testing of new capacitor designs.
• Collaboration:Work closely with the production and quality teams to resolve mechanical issues affecting product yield.
