Assistant Manager - HVIS Interventional Labs

Full Time - 80 hours/pay

ChristianaCare is looking for an Assistant Manager to assist the Nurse Manager in overseeing daily operations and ensuring efficient workflow within the Heart and Vascular Intervention Service (HVIS), which includes the Cardiac Cath Lab, Structural Heart Lab, Electrophysiology Lab, Vascular Interventional Radiology, and Endovascular Neurosurgery. Share 24-hour responsibility and accountability for all aspects of daily operational activities with the Nurse Manager.

Assistant Manager Education & Requirements:

  • Graduate from an accredited Radiologic Technology program or Cardiovascular Technology program required

  • Bachelor's degree required with 5 years of experience in Interventional Labs: Cardiac, Electrophysiology, Endovascular and/ or Neuro

  • Or Associate's degree with six years of experience in Interventional Labs: Cardiac, Electrophysiology, Endovascular and/ or Neuro. Must obtain Bachelor's degree within three years of hire or transfer date.

  • Registered Technologist certified through American Registry of Radiologic Technologist (ARRT)

  • Annual documentation of ARRT certification and state license required or certification in Cardiovascular Interventional Radiology

  • Current RT licensure in the state of Delaware required

  • Current BLS certification required

Annual Compensation Range $92,726.40 - $148,387.20 This pay rate/range represents ChristianaCare's good faith and reasonable estimate of compensation at the time of posting. The actual salary within this range offered to a successful candidate will depend on individual factors including without limitation skills, relevant experience, and qualifications as they relate to specific job requirements.
