Excel. Email. Data Entry. Ability to manage high-volume workload and meet deadlines. Manage our AP email box. Invoicing Processing in our accounting system (PeopleSoft). Reconciling vendor statements. Communication with internal and external customers. Researching and resolving payment issues.
