Job Description

Supports day-to-day production operations activities, including monitoring, reporting, and basic troubleshooting. Progression from entry-level to lead involves increasing responsibility for process execution and mentoring

What You Will Be Doing

  • Operate card production equipment such as inserters, printers, embossers, bursters, metering machines, and related office equipment.

  • Perform highspeed, highvolume production tasks including embossing, inserting, sorting, and general card processing.

  • Set up machinery, load materials, clear jams or basic malfunctions, and unload completed products.

  • Identify and resolve clearly defined technical or workflow issues.

  • Complete and maintain detailed operator logs and reports.

  • Reconcile incoming work against completed work to ensure accuracy and compliance.

  • Assign team members to machinery, work orders, and production tasks.

  • Communicate issues, concerns, or questions promptly to Production Department leadership.

  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Education Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required.

What You Bring

  • Ability to adapt to changes in duties, workflow, and priorities.

  • Willingness to work overtime as needed to support production demands.

  • Proficiency with MS Office and Outlook.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 20 pounds as needed.
