Job Description

Pay Range: $72,500 to $90,625 per year.



  • To coordinate the onboarding of new employees by establishing and maintaining training retention programs.
  • Work with and develop Trainers who will ensure proper on the job training is being conducted and followed through ramp-up programs. Ensure new hires are successful in the job they are hired for by following procedures, JSTA's, Regulatory guidelines on Food safety, Quality, and GMP's.
  • Conduct weekly follow-up meetings with new hires prompting questions, creating a positive atmosphere, and reviewing our onboarding systems.
  • Complete/review of weekly evaluations to ensure feedback is constructive and timely regarding the employees' performance, conduct, attendance, and safety. Update the hiring needs of the plant and prioritize potential applicants on the requests of the plant management based on production orders.
  • Provide continuous feedback to front line supervision on their open requisitions and retention levels.
  • Assist Plant Management with department movements for up-staffing and down-staffing of employees.
  • Assist in tracking of performance-based initiatives.
  • Support Food Service quality monitoring and reporting of quality results indicating level of compliance by line and shift.
  • Assist Process Development Manager with plant projects and audits to further support MOS systems.

Qualifications


  • B.S. or B.A. degree in Business Management or equivalent work experience (preferably in a manufacturing industry)
  • Must have at least three years of supervisory experience in a production environment
  • Must have demonstrated good interpersonal communication skills with a positive attitude.
  • Must have strong organizational skills.
  • Must be able to evaluate employees fairly and objectively.
  • Must have strong computer skills.
  • Bi-lingual preferred
  • Must be able to stand for prolonged periods of time.
  • Must be able to submit and pass a criminal background check
