Job Title: Graphic Designer and Video Editor

Location: Remote

Duration: 6 months

Schedule: Candidates must work Central time hours - Monday - Friday - 8-5 schedules are subject to change with Clinet business needs

Interviews will be a 2-tier interview process -2 tiers of interview - one with (Senior Director) and one with (Senior Manager).

Summary of the position:

We are looking for two experienced eLearning instructional designers to join our learning team. Supporting enterprise transformation initiatives, these designers will help create and curate content on a variety of topics, to create storyboards, interactive eLearning, digital content, and other resources to support learning. In partnership with our learning team and subject matter experts, these colleagues will independently drive content development from start to finish, leveraging AI platforms for design, multilingual translations, and post in Workday Learning for assignment, managing learning programs.

Key Responsibilities:

Production & Editing (60%) Create engaging product awareness and training videos for Clinet branded products. Edit and enhance video content using Adobe specialized video editing software to maintain brand consistency and quality. Incorporate motion graphics, animations, and visual effects to elevate training content. Manage video color correction, audio mixing, and visual storytelling to ensure professional-quality output.

Graphic Design & Branding (15%) Design visual assets, layouts, and marketing materials aligned with Clinet brand guidelines. Develop graphics for video overlays, infographics, and training materials using specialized content creation software. Ensure all visuals maintain a consistent and professional look across various media platforms.

Collaboration & Content Strategy (10%) Work closely with stakeholders create compelling content. Brainstorm creative concepts for training materials that effectively communicate product quality tiers, features and benefits and market competitors. Assist in developing a content strategy to maximize reach and engagement for training initiatives.

Technical Skills and Abilities:



  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, and learning content platforms, including:
  • Adobe Premiere Pro (Video editing)
  • Adobe After Effects (Motion graphics and animation)
  • Adobe Photoshop (Image editing and graphic design)
  • Adobe InDesign (Print and digital layout design) Strong understanding of visual storytelling, branding, and composition.
  • Synthesia (preferred, not required)
  • Vyond (preferred, not required)
  • Rise 360 (preferred, not required)
  • Articulate (preferred, not required)


Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Attention to detail with a strong sense of color, typography, and layout design. Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams. Strong Grammar & Communication Skills - Ability to write, edit, and present content with correct grammar, punctuation, and clarity to maintain a professional and polished brand voice.

Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's Degree or applicable job experience 3+ Years in graphic design roles, branding, or related.
  • Experience in technology, AI, or innovation (preferred)
  • Experience in food and beverage, foodservice, or consumer goods industry (preferred)


Experience Required:



  • 3+ years of instructional design experience in large corporate, academic, or enterprise environments.
  • Proven experience in fast-paced, high-growth, or agile environments.
  • Demonstrated proficiency with AI-powered content generation tools (e.g., Synthesia, Elucidat, Articulate,Adobe Creative Suite or similar).
  • Experience designing multilingual or globally localized eLearning content.
  • Strong command of instructional design models (ADDIE, SAM, Agile learning design).
  • Ability to translate complex content into engaging learning materials.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and visual communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and project management capabilities.


Experience Preferred:



  • Experience with learning ecosystems (LMS/LXP), content management, and metadata tagging (Workday Learning preferred)
  • Familiarity with UX/UI concepts and accessibility standards (WCAG).
  • Understanding of learning analytics and measurement strategies.
  • Experience supporting change management or enterprise level learning initiatives.
  • Education or certification requirements or preferences: BA or equivalent years of experience, LMS and excel knowledge
