Marketing Technology Operations Manager This is a 12-month, full-time (40 hours/week), hybrid contract role located in Culver City, CA. Summary
This role supports a global retail organization in powering the technology behind how millions of customers discover and engage with digital products and services. The Marketing Technology Operations Manager will shape and scale a modern, privacy-first marketing technology ecosystem that enables personalized, data-driven customer experiences across a global digital storefront. Our Ideal Candidate has experience with the following:
- MarTech Strategy & Planning: Develop and manage the MarTech roadmap, including evaluating new technologies, designing system architecture, and identifying gaps or risks.
- Capital Planning: Lead capital planning efforts, partnering with product and engineering teams to define requirements and guide solution development.
- Data Integration & Optimization: Design and implement data architectures, ETL pipelines, and API integrations. Optimize platforms using SQL and ensure data quality, governance, and privacy compliance.
- Platform & Vendor Management: Oversee marketing platforms end-to-end, from selection and configuration to integration and optimization, including custom development where needed.
Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience
- Background in marketing technology, data architecture, enterprise systems integration, or digital marketing operations
- Experience supporting or leading enterprise MarTech ecosystems preferred
- Technical certifications in cloud, data, or marketing technology platforms are a plus
Preferred Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience, including MarTech architecture leadership
- Experience building scalable, in-house MarTech solutions
- Background in cloud infrastructure, data warehousing, and advanced analytics/ML
- Experience with data governance and compliance frameworks
- Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders
Additional Requirements
- This opportunity is located in Culver City, CA and requires hybrid work
- The pay for this W-2 position ranges from $89.55 per hour
- This position may be eligible for PTO, health and dental insurance, and/or 401(k) benefits upon meeting certain length of service and hours requirements.
