Description Calling All Esteemed Leaders! This role offers the opportunity to lead and advance an integrated, patientcentered Behavioral Health model across ambulatory care. The Senior Director plays a critical role in shaping how behavioral health services are delivered across primary and specialty care, ensuring continuity, quality, and a personalized patient experience aligned with the organization's mission and values. The Role The Senior Director oversees the Integrated Behavioral Health program within the ambulatory care group, providing strategic leadership and administrative direction across primary and specialty care. This role is responsible for the continuous improvement, development, and advancement of Behavioral Health services across the division. The Senior Director ensures alignment with the organization's vision, mission, values, and strategic goals while supporting achievement of the Triple Aim. This leader is accountable for building and sustaining a Behavioral Health infrastructure with standardized pathways and processes that ensure continuity of care and a personalized patient experience across all care settings. The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
