Job Description

Job Summary: This full-time temporary intern position will support Retail Administration (RA) at Needham Bank. The RA Intern will be involved in the project management process in executing the Bank's strategic vision. They will work closely with the retail branch network and different business lines of the Bank to support the operational safety and soundness of the retail division.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES



  • Participate in RA daily/weekly/monthly tracking and reporting responsibilities
  • Participate in all RA meetings and act as liaison between the RA team and branch colleagues.
  • Assist RA team with procedure revision and review
  • Assist RA team members with reporting responsibilities
  • Assist with project issue tracking and resolution
  • Participate in vendor communication and management
  • Perform additional duties as requested, needed or assigned

JOB REQUIREMENTS



  • Entry level knowledge of business environment
  • Interest in Banking, project management, operations and risk preferred
  • Ability to work independently
  • Highly motivated and can handle multiple tasks
  • Demonstrate and promote high ethical standards and behaviors

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE



  • Pursuit of Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance or related field



PAY RANGE: $20.00/hourly
