- Supervise research involving the use of autonomous recording units to study vocalizations of the wild turkey on study sites throughout North America.
- This position will oversee the processing of data through convoluted neural networks, distribute the processed data to multiple lab assistants for validation, mentor and support lab assistants, verify the accuracy of validated data, and ensure data is organized prior to final analysis.

- Direct wild turkey research project in South Carolina, which includes coordinating and conducting field research that involves capture of wild turkeys, GPS telemetry, data collection, monitoring of animals, and supervise day to day operations of a field crew composed of graduate students and field technicians.
