Direct Care Staff / DSP Under the direct supervision of the Team Leader, Direct Care Staff provide support and case management for members served with developmental disabilities and co-occurring conditions, assisting them in living as independently as possible in their chosen community. This role is based in an Enhanced Behavioral Supports Home (EBSH), a 24-hour, non-medical residential setting that serves adults with developmental disabilities and challenging behaviors who require additional supports, staffing, and supervision. This is a hands-on role for dependable professionals who enjoy building trust, supporting routines, and helping individuals reach meaningful goals. Daily responsibilities may include personal care support, behavior support, community outings, documentation, meal preparation, household tasks, medication support as assigned, and consistent communication with the team The expected starting wage range is $21.49-$26.25. Telecare applies geographic differentials to its pay ranges. The pay range for this role will be based on the geographic location where it is performed. Starting pay is commensurate with relevant experience above the minimum requirements. Shifts Available: Full Time:
