Exceed LLC is seeking a Registered Nurse who will assist in the medical care and treatment of students at the Pine Ridge Job Corps Civilian Conservation Center in Chadron, NE. This is a full-time position and the hours are 7:00 a.m. - 3:30 p.m. Monday - Friday.
Responsibilities: * Deliver direct nursing care to students, including assessment, treatment, and follow-up. * Provide health education to students on topics such as nutrition, hygiene, sexual health, and disease prevention. * Manage student health cases, including documentation, monitoring, and coordination of care. * Collaborate with physicians, counselors, and other staff to support student well-being. * Maintain accurate and confidential medical records in compliance with Job Corps and regulatory standards. * Refer students to external healthcare providers or community resources when necessary. * Participate in health screenings, immunization programs, and wellness initiatives. * Conduct assessments, counseling sessions, crisis interventions, and referrals as needed * Collaborate with center staff to promote a safe, supportive, and healthy environment * Develop and implement strategies to address behavioral and emotional challenges * Maintain compliance with Job Corps policies, federal guidelines, and professional standards Requirements: * One-year Clinical nursing experience required * Nebraska RN License | |
