What to Expect We are seeking an energetic, team-oriented people-person to be responsible for the performance of incoming inspection and metrology technicians on shift. The supervisor will manage a team of technicians to ensure adherence to incoming inspection plan on critical to quality parts. This individual will be responsible for incoming inspection plan assurance related metrics for their shift. He/she will performance manage their team to generate the highest value from every employee while maintaining a high level of technical ability.
