What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to visitors, drivers, and employees while performing access control duties at an automotive location, following site-specific policies and Allied Universal procedures.
• Control entry and exit by checking identification, issuing visitor badges, verifying appointments and/or delivery paperwork, and maintaining accurate visitor and vehicle logs.
• Monitor cameras, alarms, and access control systems to help identify and report unusual activity, equipment issues, and security-related concerns.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including contacting site leadership and/or emergency services as directed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of designated areas such as entrances, parking areas, and perimeter points, noting and reporting hazards, maintenance concerns, and security-related observations.

Minimum Requirements:

• Access Control/Badge Experience is preferred.
• Comfortable Using Computer or Tablet is preferred.
• Guard Card/License is preferred.
• Customer Service Experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
