Why This Role Matters
The Corporate Insurance & Safety Administrator supports the organization's insurance, risk management, fleet administration, and workplace safety efforts. This role helps ensure accurate recordkeeping, effective coordination of insurance and claims processes, and compliance with safety and regulatory requirements. The position plays an important role in maintaining a safe work environment while supporting operational and administrative processes across corporate and program locations.
What You Will Do
Insurance & Risk Administration
Coordinate and maintain records for all corporate insurance programs, including property, general liability, workers' compensation, and automobile coverage.
Track insurance renewal dates and assist with annual renewals in coordination with the Facilities Director and insurance brokers.
Maintain communication with insurance carriers and brokers regarding documentation, coverage information, and policy updates.
Support the processing and documentation of insurance claims involving third parties or organizational property.
Maintain and organize claims records, supporting claims tracking and documentation.
Compile and maintain claims data for reporting, analysis, and recordkeeping.
Assist with preparing insurance reports, summaries, and documentation as needed.
Maintain accurate insurance, claims, fleet, and compliance records.
Assist with the preparation and submission of required insurance documentation and reports.
Fleet & Vehicle Administration
Maintain corporate fleet and fuel management accounts and associated documentation.
Review and process monthly fuel, vehicle lease, and Enterprise rental invoices.
Route vehicle maintenance invoices to appropriate departments for review and payment.
Issue fuel passcodes and maintain records for authorized drivers.
Maintain user access for corporate vendor accounts, including Home Depot and related services.
Safety & Compliance Support
Assist with workplace safety inspections and documentation of safety observations.
Support the implementation and communication of organizational safety policies and procedures.
Coordinate scheduling and documentation of required emergency drills at worksites.
Assist with documenting workplace incidents, investigations, and follow-up actions.
Maintain safety documentation, reference materials, and workers' compensation records.
Support safety training coordination and compliance tracking.
Assist with monitoring compliance with applicable safety regulations and reporting requirements.
Organizational Responsibilities
