Job Description Summary

The primary responsibilities of this job profile include:

  • Maintaining calibration database and records

  • Controlling quality documents and revisions

  • Processing RMAs and customer complaints

  • Coordinating customer and third-party source inspections

  • Supporting audits and quality reporting

Position Scope:

Supports the Quality Management System (QMS) by maintaining calibration and quality records, controlling documented information, coordinating customer returns and complaints, and supporting inspection activities. This role serves as a central point of coordination between Quality, Operations, Supply Chain, and Customers to ensure compliance with internal procedures and customer/regulatory requirements.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Maintain the calibration database for all inspection, measuring, and test equipment

  • Schedule calibration activities and coordinate with internal teams and external calibration providers

  • Track calibration status, certificates, and out-of-tolerance conditions

  • Ensure calibration records are accurate, complete, and retained per record-retention requirements

  • Process Return Material Authorizations (RMAs) in accordance with company procedures

  • Log, track, and route customer complaints to appropriate functions

  • Ensure timely investigation support and communication with internal teams

  • Maintain complaint and RMA records, metrics, and closure status

  • Coordinate customer and third-party source inspections

  • Assist with internal and external audits (ISO 9001 / AS9100 / customer audits)

  • Maintain quality records and databases

  • Ensure controlled documents are reviewed, approved, released, and distributed correctly

  • Track quality metrics and provide status reports as requested

  • Support continuous improvement and corrective action activities

  • Works to develop customer relationships through collaboration, respect, professionalism, trust and integrity.

  • Listens to and understands customer requirements taking prompt, appropriate action that exceeds expectations

  • Interface with the supplier quality, receiving, procurement, and additional production departments to obtain and compile all necessary documentation required for source inspection package.

  • Perform all other related duties as assigned.

    Essential Knowledge, Skills, and Requirements:

  • Ability to perform assigned tasks independently with limited supervision

  • Ability to read and understand PCB drawings

  • Ability to perform repetitive tasks accurately

  • Must be a detailed oriented individual

  • Ability to use measurement tools such as calipers, gauges, or CMM equipment

  • Ability to work both independently or as part of a team

  • Demonstrates ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment

  • Ability to accurately perform basic computer tasks

  • Requires understanding of related inter-department processes

  • Ability to collect data and update measurements

  • Strong communication skills in English-verbal & written, planning, and organizational skills.

  • Strong computer skills and technical aptitude

  • Ability to manage multiple administrative and written tasks professionally and accurately within designated timelines.

  • Must be able to handle interruptions to work flow as necessary to accommodate requests.

    Education and Experience:
    Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

    Experience:

  • 1-2 years of manufacturing experience preferred.

  • Experience within the aerospace industry (i.e AS9100, AS9102, IPC-6012, IPC-A-600) is a plus.

  • Experience with calibration systems and document control.

  • Strong computer skills and technical aptitude.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple administrative and written tasks professionally and accurately within designated timelines.

  • Previous experience reading and interpreting GD&T requirements on manufacturing drawings helpful.

  • PCB experience preferred, but not required.

  • Experience with ETQ Reliance & Oracle a plus.

Compensation and Benefits:

TTM offers a variety of health and well-being benefit programs. Benefits are available on the 1st of the month following date of hire. For some positions, only PTO and holiday benefits are offered.

Compensation ranges for roles at TTM Technologies varies depending on a wide array of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At TTM Technologies, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on each individual set of circumstances. A reasonable estimate of the current range is:

$45,354 - $71,688

Additional compensation: An annual or quarterly company bonus may apply based on position assignment. Positions hired for alternative shift may be eligible for a shift premium based on the assigned shift and location.

Must comply with TTM Export Control Policies and Procedures and all applicable laws including ITAR, EAR and OFAC including but not limited to: a) being able to identify ITAR product on the manufacturing floor and understand that access to these products and related technical data is restricted to only US Citizens and US Permanent Residents; b) recognition ofForeign Person visitors by badge differentiation; c) understand and follow authorization procedures for bringing foreign visitors into facilities (VAL); d) understand the Export and ITAR requirements for shipments leaving the US; e) manage vendor approvals for ITAR manufacturing and services.
