Credit & Collections Intern , Summer 2026 - Rock Hill, SC

You will

• Analyze and reconcile open Accounts Receivable balances to identify discrepancies, assist in resolving outstanding issues, and ensure accurate financial reporting using Excel and ERP systems.
• Support Sales Tax compliance initiatives by reviewing documentation, verifying accuracy, and preparing audit-ready reports, reinforcing knowledge of regulatory requirements.
• Maintain accurate customer and account information by collaborating with internal teams and external clients, ensuring data integrity in accounting systems and CRM platforms.
• Participate in special projects focused on process improvement, enhancing efficiency in credit and collections workflows while developing problem-solving and organizational skills.

• Undergraduate student majoring in Accounting or Finance
• Basic Accounting Knowledge
• Driven and hard-working
• Ability to take direction and multi-task
• PowerPoint, Word and Excel experience a plus

• Practical experience with SAP and Credit and Collections
• Shadowing, mentoring, and training opportunities with successful credit and finance professionals
• Opportunity to participate in networking events and company meetings
• $20/hr - $22/hr

Hybrid
This role is hybrid. You will report to the main office in Rock Hill, SC Tuesday - Thursday and be remote on Monday and Friday.
