Manufacturing Process Engineer: Build Smarter Processes That Perform

This Manufacturing Process Engineer opportunity is designed for an experienced engineering professional who thrives on continuous improvement, advanced manufacturing technologies, and driving operational excellence. Working in a performance-focused manufacturing environment, you will own and improve production processes, elevate quality standards, and reduce manufacturing costs while supporting new product and process development.

This is a direct-hire, full-time role offering long-term stability and the opportunity to influence manufacturing strategy through hands-on engineering leadership.

Hours and Pay



  • Salary Range: $70,000-$85,000 per year
  • Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
  • Employment Type: Direct hire

What You Will Do



  • Define and support safety and productivity standards for new and existing manufacturing processes
  • Serve as process owner, driving continuous improvement, improved quality, and reduced manufacturing costs
  • Analyze best practices and implement process capability improvements across operations
  • Support compliance with IATF 16494 quality standards
  • Design, improve, and redesign manufacturing machinery and systems
  • Establish and maintain quality standards and procedures for manufacturing processes
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop continuous improvement strategies that meet customer and quality requirements
  • Assist in developing and modifying employee training related to manufacturing processes


What You Bring



  • Minimum of 5 years of process engineering experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Bachelor's degree in a related engineering field preferred
  • Strong background in mechanical design, electrical systems, and hydraulic and pneumatic systems
  • Experience with PLC programming, controls, and ladder logic
  • Knowledge of new product and process development
  • Experience with material handling systems, heat transfer, and vision systems
  • Proficiency in SPC, DOE, and FMEA methodologies
  • Experience with robotic and process automation technologies
  • Working knowledge of LabVIEW and SolidWorks
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and process management skills
