Position Summary:
The Industrial Engineer II role is responsible for identifying and leading the execution of continuous improvement projects and training to help achieve our mission. The ideal candidate will have a passion for improving processes and working with operations to make sustainable changes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Participate in identification of goals to drive strategic objectives.
  • Provide training and coaching on Lean Six Sigma tools.
  • Develop tools and methodologies to improve lead time, yield, and efficiency.
  • Evaluate and implement improvements to production line layouts.
  • Facilitate multiple projects to support operations, quality, and supply chain.
  • Use management operating system tools to evaluate trends and problem solve systemic issues.
  • Seek out continuous improvement opportunities, weigh their value based on benefit, investment, and risk to prioritize work accordingly.


Must Have:
  • Bachelor's degree in a STEM engineering discipline
  • 2 years of experience implementing and driving continuous improvement in an engineering related field
  • Experience in manufacturing or industrial engineering
  • Proven experience Lean Six Sigma tools
  • Strong Microsoft Office knowledge.
  • Ability to work within a team and as an individual contributor in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to plan, prioritize, and execute projects.
  • Ability to read, write and speak fluent English with clear communication of ideas.
  • Ability to travel to other sites (approximately 5-10%).


Good to have:
  • Experience in regulated industry is preferred.
  • Lean Six Sigma certification is preferred.


Salary Range: 80,000 to 97,000 per year based on skills and experience
