The Opportunity: Joining the Global Design to Value (DtV) team gives you a unique opportunity to influence the portfolio of Distribution, Dry, and Traction transformers within the Hitachi Energy product family. You will contribute to a methodology that emphasizes cross-functional collaboration and idea generation, driving product margin improvements. Leveraging your engineering and process expertise, you will lead and support analyses across the entire product value chain. Your responsibilities will include coordinating DtV activities in factories, facilitating idea-generation workshops, and supporting implementation and knowledge sharing within the Global Product Group.
