Job Summary:

The People & Culture Analyst 2, Systems will assist with the administration of the People & Culture information system, Oracle Cloud HCM and associated support projects. In this role, the Analyst 2 will be charged with completing escalated and complex data corrections, report requests and employment transactions such as company transfers as well as straightforward mass update load files and recurring processes. This role will follow standard operating procedures to conduct regular audits that ensure data integrity as well as escalate additional auditing requirements and procedures to team leadership. The Analyst 2 will participate in quarterly update regression testing within Oracle Cloud HCM including processing complex test transactions, data loads, PTO accrual processing and reporting. In addition, the role will participate in new user training and work with team members to identify and process necessary updates to user documentation.

The Analyst 2 will have the opportunity to participate in various projects and tasks within the system including recruiting, benefit administration, performance management and compensation. The successful candidate will demonstrate acute attention to detail, an understanding of the importance of data integrity, proactive problem solving, high levels of organization and strong communication skills.

Job Duties:



  • Assists with escalated ServiceNow HRIS requests including complex reporting & corrections, company transfers, AOR creation and reassignment
  • Processes basic mass employment change load files
  • Processes semi-monthly PTO accruals and conducts related audits
  • Troubleshoots and responds to employee and partner PTO questions and issues
  • Generates and reviews data audits to identify issues. Works with People & Culture Field teams to identify resolution and processes, if necessary
  • Completes test scripts for company transfers, HDL template loads and PTO accrual as part of quarterly updates in Oracle Cloud HCM
  • Makes necessary updates for user guide documentation and new user training and assists in the delivery of these updates as directed
  • Supports standard reporting, report library and user documentation
  • Assists with the administration and management of other HR information systems supported by the People & Culture Systems practice as applicable
  • Maintains awareness of HR information systems and their impact on business processes within the People & Culture community
  • Perform other People & Culture and miscellaneous duties as assigned

Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

Education:



  • Bachelor's degree required


Experience:



  • Two (2) or more years of prior experience with human resources information systems required
  • Experience with Oracle Cloud HCM preferred
  • Experience in professional services preferred


License/Certifications:



  • N/A


Software:



  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Access, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Project and Word
  • Oracle Cloud HCM or cloud based Human Resource Information System
  • Strong experience with queries and reporting principles

Individual salaries that are offered to a candidate are determined after consideration of numerous factors including but not limited to the candidate's qualifications, experience, skills, and geography.

Illinois Range: $36.06/hr - $37.50/hr
