Job Summary:

Key Position Details:

As a pre-independently licensed therapist at Allina Health, under supervision, you will be accountable for conducting diagnostic assessments, providing therapy, engaging in collaborative treatment planning and monitoring, providing crisis intervention and safety assessments, along with engaging in care coordination with new and established patients.

Position details:
  • Monday - Friday daytime hours, hybrid schedule optional
  • Will receive supervision hours
  • Dedicated 1:1 rounding time and clinical case consultation
  • Support and preparation for independent licensure and practice
Required Qualifications
  • Master's degree in social work

Preferred Qualifications

  • 2 to 5 years clinical experience
  • Experience in crisis management

Licenses/Certifications

  • Licensed Graduate Social Worker - MN Board of Social Work required and successful progress towards independent licensure
  • Must meet at least ONE of the requirements below:
    Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association
    Current BLS certification from the American Red Cross
    Allina in-house BLS training (within 30 days of hire)

  • Sedentary: lifting weight up to 10 lbs. occasionally, negligible weight frequently

Pay Range

Pay Range: $32.92 to $45.12 per hour The pay described reflects the base hiring pay range. Your starting rate would depend on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, your experience, education, and the union agreement (if applicable). Shift, weekend and/or other differentials may be available to increase your pay rate for certain shifts or work.
