You will lead Product Marketing for Zelle, owning how our product roadmap comes to market and how partners and customers understand what's next.Zelle is entering a high-opportunity phase. The 2026 roadmap expands use cases, deepens partner capabilities, and meaningfully improves the end-to-end customer experience. This evolution creates a steady cadence of high-impact launches where Product Marketing plays a direct role in driving adoption, usage, and market confidence. Payments experience is mission-critical. You will bring a strong understanding of financial institution constraints and the operational realities of risk, fraud, disputes, and compliance-while still translating that complexity into clear, compelling narratives for partners and the broader market. This role requires strong cross-functional leadership and a repeatable go-to-market discipline. You will align Product, Marketing, Partnerships, and external stakeholders around shared priorities, launch readiness, and consistent messaging. Success is driven by trusted relationships, crisp execution, and the ability to move work forward without friction-earning the confidence of Product teams while bringing clarity to complexity. Overall Purpose The Sr. Director, Product Marketing - Digital Assets leads product marketing strategy and execution for Early Warning's cross-border and digital asset enabled payment solutions, driving awareness, adoption, and trust among financial institutions and network participants. While working cross-functionally across product management, business development, corporate marketing, and sales, they will define product positioning, create compelling content, execute on go-to-market strategies, and drive product usage. Physical Requirements Working conditions consist of a normal office environment. Work is primarily sedentary and requires extensive use of a computer and involves sitting for periods of approximately four hours.
