We are seeking a Manufacturing Associate to work in our Richburg, SC facility. In this position you are responsible for performing a wide variety of tasks in the Rolling Department. This role will assist on the shop floor to ensure production goals are met. A successful candidate will be able to demonstrate an attention to detail and a willingness to learn. This position offers opportunity for growth through cross training and job rotations. Associate will perform the summarized jobs listed: Rod Blocks, Inspector, Receiving, Finishing End, Main Pulpit, Roll/Guide Shop, Roller, and Bar Mill I.

Additional Responsibilities

• Assist with setting up machines
• Follow and implement all prescribed safety rules and regulations

Basic Qualifications

• One (1) year of manufacturing experience

Preferred Qualifications

• High School Diploma / GED

Skills

• Basic computer skills
• Basic math skills
• Ability to read a tape measure
